PROFILE

Since 1985 I have been working self employed in the live entertainment industry as a Sound/Audio Visual Technician in the West End of London or national/international touring.

As a Sound/Audio Visual Technician I have been responsible for setting up and first line maintenance of multiple PC’s/Mac’s, all networked.

On occasion building PC’s from scratch to provide a bespoke system for the client. Running these systems in a high pressure live performance environment.

I have built up my knowledge over a number of years starting from the very early days of computers being used in the entertainment industry, working with technicians at the cutting edge of new technologies.

I am a committed individual who works well in a team or unsupervised using my own initiative.

An ability to work under pressure, and to tight deadlines.

The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.

Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.

Good communication and people skills.
